2003-2006
We are completing our first three year cycle of parish planning. In the Spring of 2000 we engaged the members of the parish in a process of naming our greatest hopes and dreams for our parish. Of the many choices before us then, we chose to focus on the faith formation of the children of our parish, our neighborhood and our local Catholic schools. We also chose to begin a youth group so that our teen-agers could continue to grow in their faith and in the service of the church. And we resolved to be a more welcoming and inclusive parish, reaching out to our inactive members and our neighbors.
We rejoice in what has been accomplished through the grace of God and the goodness of our members. We acknowledge all that remains to be done. And we commit ourselves over the coming three years to the parish goals that we name here, after prayerful reflection and dialogue among our members and our Pastoral Council.
GOAL #1
SPIRITUAL RENEWAL
We affirm as our first priority the spiritual renewal of our parish, that we may be a more Spirit-filled church. Prayer, adult faith development and continuing education are all components of this goal.
OBJECTIVES

GOAL #2 YOUTH ACTIVITIES
We continue to affirm the importance of our mission to children and youth, to build on what has been done, to continue the faith development and church commitment of our elementary and secondary school children and youth.

GOAL #3 SOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE EVANGELIZATION AND OUTREACH
Two proposed goals were embraced equally by the parish, and we choose to link them together. We want to come together in fellowship as a parish family, but with a view to inviting and including others in our circle: former members, young adults, neighbors, other family members, more men.
